K Liss is a treatment developed to discipline, straighten, reduce volume and align hair strands safely and naturally.
WHAT DOES IT DO? Progressive treatment that allows you to perform services such as progressive brushing, botox, sealing and reducing. It acts by disciplining and reducing volume, facilitating the desired modeling, while realigning the cuticles, ensuring a smoother and more natural effect. It treats the hair, providing greater resistance with each application.
WHAT IS OXOACETAMIDE?
Oxoacetamide is obtained through a chemical reaction between CARBON + CYSTEINE + OXOACETAMIDE + KERATIN. This active ingredient was launched on the market in 2010 and today it is the biggest revolution in terms of active ingredients for temporary hair realignment.
HOW DOES K-LISS WORK ON THE HAIR?
Due to its high ionicity, it interacts with the cysteine present on the outside of the hair strands and promotes the rupture of hydrogen bonds and also of saline bonds in the hair fiber, providing the interconversion (realignment) of the sulfur bonds. This action is enhanced by the heat and mechanical traction of the brush and straightener, without breaking or disconnecting these bonds. This technology makes temporary straightening possible.

The straightening result varies according to the characteristics of the hair, ranging from 60% reduction in volume and opening of curls in resistant ethnic hair to 100% straightening in slightly wavy hair.

FORMALDEHYDE-FREE PROGRESSIVE BRUSHING - SINGLE STEP:
1. Do not wash your hair. For very dirty hair, wash and dry 100% before starting the procedure.
2. Divide the hair into quadrants and start applying from the nape of the neck. Put on gloves.
3. Apply K-Liss strand by strand with a brush and comb to align the strands.
4. Pause for 20-40 minutes. Tip 1: Longer pause time for thick and resistant hair. Tip 2: If after 20 minutes you notice that your hair has absorbed all the product, reapply K-Liss to the driest areas. This will usually occur at the ends. Then, leave it to pause for another 10-20 minutes.
5. After the pause, divide the hair into quadrants again and align strand by strand with a fine-tooth comb and a hair dryer to activate. Do not direct the heat too close to the strand, as the goal is not to dry it but only to activate the product with heat. Important tip: Hair with frizzy roots: Blow-dry and comb, pulling the roots well to intensify.
6. In the sink, wash with water, removing only the excess product, approximately 50%.
7. Remove moisture well with a towel.
8. Dry the strands and brush.
9. Flat iron (use a flat iron with a matte finish), strand by strand, 10 to 15 times per strand, more often on the roots and less often on the lengths and ends.
10. FINAL RESULT: Extremely shiny and aligned hair!
Notes:
Do not tie your hair up for 24 hours.
Wash your hair at least 12 hours later. For very frizzy hair, apply K-Liss, dry, brush and flat iron, without rinsing the product.
Afterwards, rinse and style as desired.
FOR FRIZZY AND RESISTANT HAIR:
1. Wash your hair with shampoo and dry 100%.
2. Divide the hair into quadrants and start applying at the nape of the neck. Put on gloves.
3. Apply K Liss strand by strand with a brush and comb to align the strands.
4. Leave for 30 to 60 minutes.
5. After the pause, dry with a blow dryer and comb. Brush and straighten (use a matte finish) in thin strands 10 to 15 times.
6. Rinse and use a conditioner or treatment cream. Then rinse again.
7. Finish drying the hair. If you prefer, use the brush to shape the ends.
TO OPEN CURLS AND REDUCE VOLUME:
1. Wash the hair with shampoo and remove moisture with a towel.
2. Divide the hair into quadrants and start applying at the nape of the neck. Put on gloves.
3. Apply K Liss strand by strand with a brush and comb to align the strands.
4. Leave for 30 minutes.
5. After the break, divide the hair into quadrants again and align strand by strand with a fine-tooth comb and the hair dryer to activate. Do not direct the heat too close to the hair, as the goal is not to dry it but to activate the product with the heat.
6. In the sink, wash with water, removing only the excess product (approximately 50%).
7. Finish by modeling or activating the curls with the Seiva Natural Curl Styler.
